It’s been about 10 days since I began my AIO Premium Cellular Health again. I took 4 days to have only 1 ounce and then went to 2 ounces a day. I do 1 in the morning the minute I wake up and 1 before we kick into second shift hours.  That is another thing I love about working for myself from home, I can set my own hours and work when it fits into my personal life. I had to break down and go into our traction equipment today. To say that no physician will touch my neck is an under statement. I now have to go to a neurologist that is also a chiropractor and he does his treatments more along the lines of muscle therapy and decompression. He says that if I stay healthy I will able to walk fine, but if I get out of shape, it would be very difficult for me.
